1. 本規約について
本規約は、BeatStack（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用された時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
2. アカウント
本アプリの利用に、氏名やメールアドレスの登録は必要ありません。初回起動時に匿名の識別子が自動で発行され、それがあなたの作品とサーバー上の控えを結び付けます。
ご注意: 識別子は端末の中にのみ保存されます。端末を紛失した場合や、識別子を削除した場合、サーバー上の作品を取り戻す手段はありません。大切な作品は、書き出し機能で音声ファイルとして保存しておくことをおすすめします。
3. あなたの作品
あなたが本アプリで作成した作品の権利は、あなたに帰属します。当社が作品を利用・公開・第三者へ提供することはありません。サーバーへの保存は、あなたが復元できるようにするためだけに行います。
4. 音源について
- 同梱の音源: 本アプリに収録されている音源は、本アプリで作品を作る目的で自由にお使いいただけます。作った作品は、商用・非商用を問わず公開していただけます。音源そのものを取り出して素材集として再配布することはできません。
- 取り込んだ曲: あなたが取り込んだ音楽の権利は、その権利者に帰属します。権利を持たない音源を使って作品を公開する行為は、あなたの責任において行われるものであり、当社は責任を負いません。
- 録音した音: あなたが録音した音の権利は、あなたに帰属します。
5. 禁止事項
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 第三者の著作権・肖像権その他の権利を侵害する行為
- 本アプリまたはサーバーの正常な動作を妨げる行為（過度な負荷を与える行為を含みます）
- 本アプリを解析・改変し、利用条件を回避する行為
6. 有料機能（プレミアム）
本アプリは、アプリ内課金として「プレミアム」を提供します。買い切り（非消耗型）です。定期購読ではなく、月額・年額の支払いは発生しません。価格はアプリ内の購入画面に表示されるものが正となり、App Store の定めにより地域・通貨によって異なります。
- 得られるもの: 作った作品を音声ファイルとして書き出し、他のアプリへ共有できるようになります。書き出しは端末の中だけで行われ、音声ファイルがサーバーへ送られることはありません。
- 有効範囲: 購入は Apple ID に紐づきます。同じ Apple ID であれば、機種を変えても「設定 → 購入を復元」で引き継げます。有効期限はありません。
- 返金: 購入・返金の手続きは Apple の定めに従います。返金が行われた場合、プレミアムの権利は失われます。
7. サービスの変更・停止
当社は、本アプリおよびサーバー機能の内容を変更し、または提供を停止することがあります。サーバーが停止した場合でも、端末内に保存された作品は引き続き作成・編集・再生できます（本アプリは、サーバーが無くても単独で動作するように作られています）。
8. 免責
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当社は、本アプリが中断なく動作すること、および特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、当社は法令上許される範囲で責任を負いません。データの消失に備え、大切な作品は書き出して保管してください。
9. 準拠法および管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
10. 規約の変更
本規約は変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of BeatStack (the “App”). By using the App you agree to them.
2. Accounts
No name or email is required. An anonymous identifier is issued on first launch and links your device to your backed-up mixes. That identifier lives only on your device. If you lose the device or delete the identifier, mixes stored on our server cannot be recovered. Export anything you care about as an audio file.
3. Your content
You own the mixes you create. We do not use, publish, or share them. They are stored on our server solely so that you can restore them.
4. Audio
- Bundled sounds may be used freely to create mixes in the App, and the resulting mixes may be published commercially or non-commercially. The sounds themselves may not be extracted and redistributed as a sample library.
- Music you import remains the property of its rights holders. Publishing a mix that uses material you do not have the rights to is done at your own risk and responsibility.
- Recordings you make belong to you.
5. Prohibited use
- Anything unlawful or contrary to public order and morals.
- Infringing the copyright, likeness rights, or other rights of third parties.
- Interfering with the operation of the App or its servers, including placing excessive load on them.
- Reverse-engineering or modifying the App to circumvent its terms.
6. Paid features (Premium)
The App offers a single in-app purchase called Premium. It is a one-time purchase (non-consumable), not a subscription — there is no monthly or annual charge. The price shown on the in-app purchase screen is authoritative and varies by region and currency under App Store rules.
- What you get: you can export your mixes as audio files and share them with other apps. Exporting happens entirely on your device; the audio file is never uploaded to our servers.
- Scope: the purchase is tied to your Apple ID. On a new device with the same Apple ID, use Settings → Restore purchase. There is no expiry.
- Refunds: purchases and refunds are handled under Apple’s terms. If a purchase is refunded, the Premium entitlement is removed.
7. Changes and interruption
We may change or discontinue the App or its server features. Even if the server stops, mixes stored on your device remain fully usable — the App is designed to work without a server.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, and are not liable for damages arising from its use to the extent permitted by law. Export your important work to guard against data loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.

Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
